Re: CC Console Completion Challenge 2018! #CCCCC

Re: Masters of Unlocking Ep. 12 - Video Gaming's Rich Legacy at CES

Thanks for listening and commenting guys! Man those massively thick EGM issues in the mid-90s were awesome. I'm with you Diego - GameFan was my absolute fave as well. Back in 1999 I met Dave Halverson - their founder and first editor. He signed my GameFan Issue 1, which hangs on my wall to this day.

Re: Masters of Unlocking Ep. 12 - Video Gaming's Rich Legacy at CES

I have to think that Twitch will pressure Microsoft into figuring out a workaround for that - my guess is patching the XBONE to allow access for any USB camera shouldn't be too hard, given that the Xbox OS architecture is essentially Windows. Twitch is entirely too big a phenomenon now in the gaming...

Re: Pretty Sure I Prefer the Sega CD to the Genesis

Couldn't agree more - the Sega CD is one of my most nostalgic systems. I got my Sega CD in 1993 - it was the first CD player I ever owned. I loved it. The weekend I got it, I had a friend over and we played Sewer Shark all day long - we played it in a pseudo co-op manner: one person would man the gu...

Great episode, guys! And looks like you figured out your volume/sound issue. The balance was great. Awesome! Thanks for the feedback. Glad we got it all ironed out. I loved PSX this year. It was very different than prior years but they made it known that it would be. They wanted to make Paris Games...

Re: Masters of Unlocking Ep. 11 - Happy 30th Birthday Final Fantasy

I've played Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes in VR and out and it is a lot of fun. It fits the description you proposed of a VR game with people on non-VR playing as well. Though this one is a bit different. The non-VR people (one or more) read a PDF manual on how to defuse bombs. The game does mec...
